an employee handbook that gets to the hart of the brand.

Kevin Hart opened his Los Angeles-based chain of plant-based restaurants with two key aims: bring vegan food to the QSR space + offer employees the change they'd been craving. A strong employer branding was going to be key to Hart House from the start, and their employee handbook needed to tell their story, and get their mission across, from day one on the job.

So we wrote them a 12 page employee handbook that did just that.
